Spencer Purdy is an Analyst at Open Property Group, supporting the firm’s advisory and brokerage teams through market research, financial analysis, transaction support, and the preparation of client-facing materials. A graduate of the University of Victoria, Spencer brings a strong analytical foundation to his role. He assists with market and property research, comparable transaction analysis, financial modeling, demographic analysis, and the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials across Open Property Group’s portfolio.
Working closely with the firm’s advisors, Spencer supports projects from early-stage research and positioning through to transaction execution. His ability to organize and interpret market information helps the team identify opportunities, understand market trends, and provide clients with clear, informed recommendations.
